In most cases, we credit the cost of your consultation toward your legal fees, if you and our office decide to work together within 30 days of your consultation. Before your consultation, please complete and submit our online visa questionnaire. All information submitted in the questionnaire and discussed at the consultation is confidential. Please note that a personal questionnaire pertains to the person who needs to immigrate to the United States – be it yourself, your relative or an employee. Please scan/email or bring to your consultation all non-blank pages of your passport, your Arrival Record Form I-94 (please retrieve your Form I-94 here), any visa stamps, your diplomas, resume or CV, a job offer if available, and any correspondence between you and the USCIS, Department of State or Department of Labor.
We gladly accept most credit cards. Please pay when you make an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, and we will be glad to refund the consultation fee to you.
It should be clearly understood that until such time as a Contract for Legal Services is signed between you and our office, you are not considered to be a client. Still, all information provided at the consultation will be kept strictly confidential.
